James
Collier, the newest member of the SUDA team, comes with a 20-year
history of senior and executive engineering management.
His professional management background uniquely suits his role in
helping to guide SUDA, as the company enters the national and
international developer arena, following the success in Oakland,
California.
Mr.
Collier holds a bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems and a MBA
from Harvard Business School, where his training focused on
entrepreneurial ventures including commercial real estate development and
finance.
In
his prior position as Executive Vice President of Manager Technology, Mr.
Collier led a product development and marketing effort that produce a
successful and award-winning enterprise software product, for measuring
profit performance.
The software was named “1998 Hot Technology of the Year”, by
Industry Week.
Mr.
Collier is the founder of “Bike Against the Odds”, an annual East Bay
bike event of the Breast Cancer Fund, that has raised over $250,000 to
identify and eliminate the man-made causes of the disease.
He also serves on the Board of Managers of the Oakland Downtown
YMCA.
