John
L. Guillory is an accomplished commercial real-estate broker/advisor
whose education, experience and vision brings a solid great strength the
SUDA,LLC.
The
one-time National Football League defensive back is a native Bay Area
resident. He won a full scholarship to Stanford University and spent most
of four seasons with the Oakland Raiders and Cincinnati Bengals. On his
last play in 1971, he was flattened by Colts star Mike Curtis and carried
off the field. Graduating from Stanford with a degree in Political
Science, Guillory later earned an MBA from Pepperdine College and a Juris
Doctor of Law degree from San Francisco Law School.
Guillory
previously worked for Grubb & Ellis for twenty years as Senior Vice
President of marketing and sales and was Chairman of the company's
Executive Committee.
For
the last decade Guillory has served as President and CEO of Northbridge
Group Inc of San Francisco, a real estate firm that serves corporations,
institutions and government agencies. Northridge develops real estate
holding and expansion plans; establishes formal documentation processes;
and integrates proven Project Management systems into its client's
development activities. Clients include GE Capital Advisors, Children's
Hospital Oakland, Hewlett Packard, ITT Hartford, Veritas Software, Wells
Fargo, the City of Alameda, Sony, Tidewater Partners and the US
Environmental Protection Agency.
Through
Guillory's guidance, Northridge Group Inc has joined an innovative
brokerage/design partnership, Concordis Real Estate LLC. Based in Chicago,
Concordis is the first national black-owned commercial brokerage in the
United States. Their impressive client roster includes Cushman &
Wakefield, Sears Roebuck & Co., Bank One Corp., the City of Houston,
Discovery Communications Inc., Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and part of the
Detroit police-and-fire pension fund's $300 million real-estate holdings.
Mr.
Guillory has served as a Member of Stanford University's Athletic Board,
Chairman of the Hall of Fame Committee, and the Secretary of the
University's Audit Committee. He is a former member of the Board of
Directors of Eureka Federal Savings, and past Chairman of the Investment
Committee of the Children's Hospital Foundation.
